Motoreel turns photos of your motorcycle into cinematic AI photos and videos.

My creation failed. Did I lose credits?

No. Credits are only held while a creation is running and are returned automatically when it fails.

How do I cancel my subscription?

On your iPhone open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Motoreel, then choose Cancel. On Android open Google Play → your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Motoreel, then choose Cancel subscription. You keep Pro until the end of the paid period.

I reinstalled the app and Pro is gone.

Open Settings in the app and choose "Restore purchases" while signed in to the Apple ID (iPhone) or Google account (Android) you bought it with. Your subscription comes back; credit packs bought earlier are tied to the previous installation and cannot be restored.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by the store you bought from. On iPhone, Apple: go to reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, Google Play: open Google Play → your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history, pick the purchase and choose Request a refund, or see Google Play's refund help.

How do I delete my data?

Settings → "Delete account and photos" removes your uploads, results and account from our systems. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Tips for better results

• Use a sharp, well-lit photo that shows the whole motorcycle from the side or at a three-quarter angle.
• For templates that include you, use a clear, front-facing photo of your face without sunglasses.
