Motoreel is an app that turns photos of your motorcycle, and of you if you choose, into AI-generated photos and videos. This page explains what data the app handles, why, who processes it and how you can delete it.

What we process

The app does not collect your location, contacts or advertising identifier, and it does not show ads or track you across other apps and websites.
Photos of faces
A photo of your face is only processed when you add one yourself, and only to create the result you requested. Before your first upload the app asks for your explicit consent. We do not use face photos to identify you, we do not build face templates, and we do not use your photos to train AI models. Only upload photos of yourself or of people who have given you permission.

Because some of these providers are outside Türkiye and the European Economic Area, your data is transferred abroad when you use the app. We do not sell your data and do not share it with anyone else, unless the law requires it.
Legal basis
We process photos, including face photos, on the basis of your explicit consent (KVKK art. 5, 6 and 9; GDPR art. 6(1)(a) and 9(2)(a)). We process account, credit and purchase data because it is necessary to provide the service you asked for (KVKK art. 5(2)(c); GDPR art. 6(1)(b)), and integrity checks on the basis of our legitimate interest in preventing abuse.
How long we keep it
- Photos you upload are deleted automatically 30 days after upload.
- Results stay in your profile until you delete your account.
- Purchase records are kept as long as tax and consumer law requires.
Deleting your data
In the app, open Settings and choose "Delete account and photos". This permanently removes your uploads, results, credit balance and account identifier from our systems. Deleting the app alone does not delete this data. An active subscription is not cancelled by deleting your account; cancel it in your Apple ID settings on iPhone, or in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions on Android.
Your rights
You can ask whether we process your data, request a copy, have it corrected or deleted, object to processing and withdraw your consent at any time. Under KVKK art. 11 and the GDPR you can also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country. Write to support@getvoxie.app; requests from inside the app's Settings include your account identifier, which helps us find your data. We answer within 30 days.
Children
Motoreel is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly process their data. If you are under 18, use the app with the permission of a parent or guardian.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will announce it in the app before the change takes effect.
