Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Selçuk Özdemir ("we"), the developer of Motoreel. By using the app you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
The service
Motoreel creates photos and videos with AI from the photos you upload. Results are generated by AI models: they can differ from your photo, contain mistakes, and are not a real recording of you or your motorcycle. A generation can fail or be refused by the safety filters of the model; in that case the credits held for it are returned.
Subscription and credits
- Creating content requires a Motoreel Pro subscription. Plans, prices and the weekly credit amount of each plan are shown in the app before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID (iPhone) or your Google Play account (Android) at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You manage and cancel it in your Apple ID settings, or in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- Weekly credits are refilled every 7 days while the subscription is active. Unused weekly credits do not carry over to the next week and are removed when the subscription ends.
- Credit packs are one-time purchases for subscribers. Purchased credits do not expire while your account exists. They are tied to the anonymous account on your device: if you delete your account or the app, purchased credits cannot be restored.
- Each creation shows its credit cost before you start it.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google, whichever store you bought from, under its own policy. If a purchase is refunded, the subscription or the credits from it are removed.
Your photos and results
You keep all rights to the photos you upload. You give us permission to process them only to create your results and to run the service. As far as the law and the AI providers' terms allow, the results are yours to use, including commercially.
Rules
- Upload only photos you own or are allowed to use, and photos of people only with their permission.
- Do not upload or try to create content that is illegal, sexual, hateful, violent, or that depicts minors.
- Do not present results as real footage in order to deceive someone, for example in a sales listing or an insurance claim.
- Do not attempt to bypass the app's protections, resell access, or automate requests.
We may refuse a request or close an account that breaks these rules.
Ride safely
The riding scenes are generated images. Do not try to imitate stunts or riding shown in them. Always ride within the law and with protective gear.
Availability and liability
The app is provided "as is". We work to keep it running but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or that every result will meet your expectations. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
Ending
You can stop using the app at any time and delete your account in Settings. Deleting the account does not cancel a subscription; cancel it in your Apple ID settings or in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; important changes are announced in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without affecting mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
